What this policy covers

It covers this landing page, the thank-you page, the Legal Notice, the SMS Terms, and this policy. It also covers answers you submit on the questionnaire that opens when you continue, which are provided to Green Monarch Inc. A later loan file, if you choose to start one, is a separate step with its own notices. This website does not pull your credit.

Information we collect

Identifiers and contact details you give us. Name, phone number, email address, and similar contact details, if you submit the questionnaire or contact us.

Customer records you choose to share. Details about your home and what you want to talk about. We use those details only to respond to that request.

Commercial information. A record that you asked Green Monarch Inc. for a conversation, and the messages we later exchange with you about that request.

Internet activity on these pages. The page you opened, the date and time, the site that referred you, your browser type, and your IP address. Our host keeps that in a security log so the site can run and so we can investigate abuse.

Approximate location. A general location inferred from your IP address. We do not collect precise GPS location.

We do not ask for a Social Security number, a government ID, or account login credentials on these pages. We do not use advertising cookies, marketing pixels, or cross-site trackers here. We have not sold personal information, and we have not shared it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Where it comes from

Directly from you. Automatically from your browser when you load a page. From the questionnaire provider after you submit answers there. Choosing to continue opens that questionnaire at hecm.homequityhacks.com. We do not control cookies or security checks on that site. If that site shows its own privacy policy, that policy applies to information it collects before the answers are sent to us.

Why we use it

To respond to your request for a conversation. To contact you by phone, email, or text when you have asked us to. Text messages are described in our SMS Terms. Consent to texts is not a condition of any purchase. Reply STOP to opt out.

To operate, secure, and fix these pages. To meet licensing, legal, and recordkeeping duties. We do not use this information to sell it, and we do not use it to advertise to you on other companies' websites.

We keep inquiry information only as long as we need it to respond, to meet recordkeeping duties that apply to a licensed mortgage company, and to handle a dispute. Then we delete it or strip it of identifiers. We do not keep it for an unrelated marketing list.

Who we share it with

Service providers. The company that hosts this website, the company that hosts the questionnaire at hecm.homequityhacks.com, and providers that deliver our phone calls, email, or text messages. They may use the information only to perform those services for Green Monarch Inc.

Legal and safety reasons. Regulators, professional advisors, or law enforcement when the law requires it, or when we need to protect rights, property, or safety.

A later loan, only if you choose one. This questionnaire is not an application and is not sent to a lender. If you later decide to apply, information needed for that loan may be shared with the lender, a counseling agency, or others the loan requires. That step has its own notices.

A business transfer. If Green Monarch Inc. is sold or merged, inquiry records may transfer with the business. We will post that change on this page.

We do not sell or share personal information

We do not sell personal information for money or for other valuable consideration. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Because we do not sell or share, there is no opt-out switch to turn on. If that ever changes, we will update this policy and add a working "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" control before we begin.

We also do not share your information with affiliates, or with nonaffiliated companies, so they can market their own products to you. We do not do joint marketing with other financial companies.

Financial privacy notice

Green Monarch Inc. is a mortgage company. This section is our notice under the federal Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and the California Financial Information Privacy Act.

Everyday business purposes. Yes, we use and disclose nonpublic personal information to respond to you, to work with the service providers named above, and to meet legal duties. You cannot limit this sharing.

Our own follow-up with you. Yes. We may contact you about the conversation you requested. You can ask us to stop by emailing info@greenmonarch.com, calling (949) 881-5113, or replying STOP to a text.

Affiliates, joint marketing, and nonaffiliates' own marketing. No. We do not share for those reasons. The same is true for former customers.

We protect this information with access limits, encrypted connections (HTTPS) on these pages, and agreements that require service providers to keep it confidential and use it only for the service. No method of sending information is perfectly secure.

Your California privacy rights

This section covers the California Online Privacy Protection Act and the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act. You may ask us to:

Tell you the categories and the specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources, the purposes, and who we disclosed it to. Correct information that is inaccurate. Delete information, except records we must keep for a license, a legal claim, or security. Opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell or share, so there is nothing further to turn off. Limit the use of sensitive personal information. We do not collect sensitive personal information on these pages, and we do not use it for purposes beyond responding to you and meeting the law. Receive equal service. We will not deny a conversation, charge a different price, or give you a lower level of service because you exercised a privacy right.

To make a request, email info@greenmonarch.com with the subject "Privacy request", call (949) 881-5113, or write to Green Monarch Inc., 1389 Calle Avanzado, San Clemente, CA 92673. We will confirm the request is yours before we act. We may ask you to match a name and phone number or email we already have. We will not ask you to email a Social Security number. An authorized agent may submit a request with signed permission from you. We may still contact you to confirm it.

We respond within 45 days. If we need more time, we will tell you why and may take up to 45 additional days. If we deny a request, we will explain why. Reply to that notice to appeal. You may also contact the California Privacy Protection Agency at cppa.ca.gov.

To review or update information we have, use the same contact methods and tell us what to correct.

Do Not Track and cookies

These pages do not track you across other websites, so they do not change their behavior when a browser sends a Do Not Track signal. We do not let other companies collect personal information on these pages about your activity over time and across other sites.
